Biography

Irina Titova is a Lecturer at the Online MPH program in UC Berkeley’s School of Public Health. As an integral leader in BPH’s course instructional teams, she developed curriculum content and taught Health Policy Methods, Healthcare Finance, and Strategy in Healthcare Organization. Her instructional experience includes multiple courses in economic theory and data analysis at the Haas School of Business and her role as the Head Graduate Student Instructor with Cal’s Economics Department. Irina holds a Master of Public Policy, a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management, and a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.

Irina is an educator and storyteller with a background in project management, strategy, communications, and advocacy in nonprofit, public, and private sectors. She has developed natural disaster response policies with county public health departments, as well as state and local government strategies mitigating the adverse health outcomes caused by climate change. Irina’s current projects navigate the intersections of health, policy, and tech-based consumer healthcare solutions. She passionately uses her health policy expertise to improve healthcare delivery systems, develop innovative sector products and introduce on-demand health solutions to a wider range of consumers.
